摘  要：作为我国国家经济的重要构成部分，中小企业对与加快我国经济的快速发展做出了十分重要的贡献，并已然成为推动生产技术革新，推进我国社会经济发展的重要助力。中小企业的快速发展得益于其经营模式灵活，生产成本低，运作效率高及政策扶持等一系列优势，然而管理水平低下，资金不足且融资困难，内部管理机制缺失，财务控制薄弱等问题仍然严重制约着中小企业的进一步发展。因此，对中小企业发展问题进行研究意义重大，而且一直是热门课题。本文针主要对中小企业题财务管理方面的问题，通过对奥斯忒公司的财务管理现状的分析，提出相应改进措施，提升企业财务管理水平。56932
