摘 要：中小企业是市场经济中最有发展潜力的群体，为国民经济发展作出重要贡献。近年来，江苏省经济迅速提升，中小企业在其中起着不可代替的作用，也对江苏省经济结构的调整起着促进作用。根据十八届三中全会提出的，多渠道推动股权融资，发展并规范债券市场，提高直接融资比重的要求。本文从中小企业发展过程中的直接融资现状入手，分析了中小企业直接融资难的原因，提出了解决中小企业直接融资难的对策及建议。58015

1 引言
