摘要：资本结构的研究是一个多方位、多原因、多可变因素的复合性集合过程。选择最优资本结构，实现公司价值最大化，已经成为现代企业实现合理融资与经营管理的核心问题。青岛海尔集团作为我国最有代表性的家电生产企业，本文以为例,计算和分析各种财务数据与财务指标,了解青岛海尔资本结构的情况。在此基础上,本文对它的资本结构优化状况进行综合分析，提出了相关资本结构优化的建议,不仅能对青岛海尔自身的经营管理起到参考作用，而且会为整个家电行业的发展带来一定的启示。67984
