今世缘企业偿债能力分析

摘要：随着经济体制的完善，偿债能力不光是当代企业财务管理的主要内容，亦是进行财务分析的一个主要方面。对企业内部来说，便于企业作出科学的决策；对企业外部来说，有利于债权人确定贷款方向。所以，重视企业偿债能力的分析，意义很重大。本文以江苏今世缘酒业股份有限公司提供的2011--2014年的实际数据作为分析案例，首先简单的介绍了企业偿债能力以及它的相关评价指标的理论；然后在这个基础上，对今世缘股份有限公司进行了综合偿债能力分析；最后，本人针对综合分析的结论，对该企业如何进一步提高企业的偿债能力提出了一些个人的对策与建议。68127

Abstract: With the improvement of the economic system, the solvency is not only the main content of the modern enterprise financial management , but also an important aspect of the financial analysis . To the interior, can help enterprises make scientific decisions; To the exterior, can help creditors determine the direction of loan. So, it is very important to value the enterprises’ solvency. This paper is based on the actual data of years of 2011-2014, which is offered by Jiangsu Kings Luck Brewery Joint Stock Co., Ltd.. Firstly, this paper gives a generate introduction of the theory of the related indicators of solvency of enterprises; Secondly, this paper analyzes the enterprises’ comprehensive solvency; Finally, I give my personal point of views and suggestions to further develop the solvency, according to the analyzing of the results.
