摘要科技金融属于产业金融的范畴，主要是指科技产业与金融产业的融合。科技与金融两者相辅相成，既有助于高新技术的创新、研发和产业化，也有助于为金融资本带来巨大收益。金融资本对科技创新的多元化介入，能够在很大程度上实现为高新技术提供投入资金和风险分散保障并使自身增值的双赢局面。本文通过对科技金融的发展现状进行研究，包括对科技金融发展面临的主要问题进行比较分析，借鉴国外科技金融发展已有的经验教训，分析我国科技金融发展的现状得出，建立多元主体、综合体系、高效运营的科技金融发展模式是我国科技金融发展的必由之路。81967

Research on the Development of Sci-tech Finance

Abstract Sci-tech finance belongs to industrial finance, mainly refers to the integration of scientific and technological industry and financial industry。 Sci-tech and finance are mutually supportive, not only contribute to the high technology innovation, research and development and industrialization, but also help to bring huge gains of financial capital。 The persification of financial capital on technological innovation and intervention, can to a great extent for high-tech investment and provide risk guarantee and make its own value-added win-win situation。 This paper researches the development status of sci-tech finance, including comparative analysis on main problems the development of sci-tech finance faces, drawing lessons from the development of foreign sci-tech finance and analysis of China's development status of sci-tech finance and has come to a conclusion that the establishment of sci-tech finance model with multi subjects, comprehensive system and efficient operation is the only way for our country’s development of sci-tech finance。
