摘要： 随着我国市场经济的不断发展与完善，财务报表分析在财务管理中发挥着举足轻重的作用。其中盈利是企业所有者、企业经营管理者和债权人都关心和极其关注的问题。因此，盈利能力分析是财务会计报表分析的关键。然而，如今企业能否持续健康发展，不仅取决于盈利能力状况，还与企业盈利质量密切相关。针对这些特点，本文以江苏高科石化股份有限公司为例，结合会计和财务管理知识构建了适合高科石化的盈利能力财务指标体系，并且将运用杜邦分析法的盈利能力分析与利用现金流量表的盈利质量分析相结合，从而综合、全面、客观地评价企业的盈利情况，发现企业运营管理中存在的弊端，并提出提升对策。71384
