摘要：现代社会的不断进步和经济全球化的发展，使得会计这门公认的“商业语言”体现出了它强大的功能:作为“商业语言”的载体——财务报表，因为它全面、系统、综合地记录了企业经济业务发生的轨迹，所以利益相关的人对它的分析越来越关注。但是，鉴于财务报表本身所具有的局限性与分析方法、分析指标的单一性，因此财务分析急需进一步的完善和发展。本文就是基于对这种现状的思考，提出了一些观点和看法:首先，我们要充分认识财务报表分析的自身局限性，最大程度的保证财务报表披露的数据内容充分、可靠和透明，并完善财务报表分析的指标体系;其次，我们应该运用改进后的指标对企业的盈利能力、偿债能力、运营能力以及其可持续发展能力进行有效分析，从长远的角度来评价企业。50517

Abstract:The rapid development of modern society and economic globalisation make accounting,the recognised commercial language,representing its strong function.Analysis of financial statement,acting as the carrier of the commercial language,which can record the track of companies’ financial business comprehensively,systematically and generally.As a result,people who is relevant to the benefit pay more and more attention to it.However,in light of the unicity of the analysis methods and indexes of the analysis of financial statement,analysis of financial statements need to be improved and upgraded.This essay is based on the thinking of this current situation,suggesting some views and ideas.First,we have to recognise the limitations of analysis of financial statements,guaranteeing the sufficiency,reliability and transparency of all data,besides,we should complete the index system of analysis of financial statements.Secondly,we should use the improved indexes to analyse the profitability,solvency,operation capability and sustainable development capacity of a company,which can assess a company in the long run.
