上市公司宝钢资本结构与公司绩效

摘要：通过查证资料与数据统计得知，公司的经营绩效会受到公司资本结构很大影响，而且对于上市公司尤为明显。因为上市公司融资渠道更具多样性，资金流通也更加活跃，所以在资本结构上做好优化能有效提升公司绩效。本文选取了钢铁制造业代表——宝钢上市公司作为研究对象，通过搜集其近年来经营数据，引用了公司绩效评价体系，并采用了因子分析法将指标数据处理得到最终绩效数据，再经过处理得到该公司资本结构指标。这样，通过SPSS软件分析拟合出两者的函数关系，也就得到了宝钢资本结构与公司绩效之间的关系。71842

1 引言

我国的经济市场在几十年的发展壮大下，已今非昔比。但发展速度快，必然在体制规范上存在一定的不足之处，本文总结了以下几点：

首先，由于种种原因，我国目前间接融资比较普遍，但间接融资也有很多缺点，一味的任其发展是不行的。对此，我们应该考虑提高直接融资在融资中的分量，促使融资市场稳定平稳发展。

其次，我国上市公司对上市融资所获得的权益性资金利用不当。由于我国资本市场发展不完善，人们对公司资本结构的重要性认识不足。上市公司权益融资而来的资金因为套牢股东并且不用支付本金而显得资本成本大大降低。这使得上市公司不合理利用资金的现象非常严重，具体表现在：公司更多的用其资金来偿还债务及应急周转，而不是改进自身，提高自身竞争力。这不仅使得公司本身资本结构变得不合理，也变相损害了股东的利益，导致股东权益的损耗，还有社会生产过剩。论文网上市公司宝钢资本结构与公司绩效:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_81598.html
