摘  要：世界经济高速前进，中小企业也发展迅速，对于促进就业、带动当地经济发展、激发市场活力等方面都具有非常重要的意义，是经济体制改革的重要力量。就我国而言，中小企业创造的GDP总量不容小觑，然而大家都知道，资金是企业发展的基础，而融资问题一直是阻碍中小企业发展的关键因素。因此，本课题将重点研究中小企业的发展模式和融资需求，分析目前金融环境下各种不同的融资方式，并结合中小企业自身发展特点对比各种融资方式的优缺点，并探讨不同发展阶段下中小企业应如何运用现有的融资渠道选择合适的融资方式。71843

Abstract：Along with the high speed of the world economy, market competition is becoming more and more fierce, the existence and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) is a worldwide phenomenon。 Small and medium-sized enterprises to ease the employment pressure, promoting local economic growth, stimulate the market dynamics and so on various aspects have very important significance, is the important support of the economic system reform and promote power。 In terms of our country, the small and medium-sized enterprises to create the GDP to be reckoned with, but as you all know, money is the most basic elements of enterprise development, the financing problem has always been the key factors that hinder the development of small and medium-sized enterprises。 Therefore, this topic research will focus on the developing mode of small and medium-sized enterprises and the financing demand, a variety of different ways of financing analysis of the current financial environment, and combining with the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise own development compared the advantages and disadvantages of various financing way, and to explore different stage of development of small and medium-sized enterprises should how to use the existing financing channels to choose the right means of financing。
