摘要：随着上海的小微企业大量涌现，由于其规模小，人员少的特点，其内部不设置独立的会计部门。基于此，代理记账企业这种提供财税代理的中介机构不断增多，本文通过行业协会对相关的企业进行了分类和统计，探究上海代理记账企业在各个区的生存状况,统计经营年限在10年以上企业的数量，挑选出一个具有代表性的企业进行财务分析，并对代理记账企业的改革发展提出合理的建议。72947

The Present Situation of Bookkeeping Agencies and Its Reform and Development in Shanghai

Abstract: With the emergence of a large number of small and micro enterprises in Shanghai, due to its small size and low personnel, the internal accounting departments are not set up。 Based on this, bookkeeping agency to provide tax agent increased rapidly。 The article discussed about the industry association of related enterprises for the classification, statistics and situation to explore Shanghai bookkeeping companies in each district and the number of statistics business for more than 10 years of enterprises。 A representative of the bookkeeping agency is selected。 Then, the researcher makes financial analysis and put forward reasonable suggestions on the reform and development of  bookkeeping agency。
