南京宏德兴中小企业财务风险规避的研究

摘要：近年来，随着改革开放的不断深入，我国市场经济的不断发展，中小企业在国民经济中的地位日益突出，对国民经济的贡献度不断攀升，逐渐成为国民经济发展的主力军。在我国中小企业迅猛发展的同时，中小企业自身发展也凸现了一些问题，诸如，由于中小企业自身规模小，抗风险能力较弱，尤其在财务管理方面极易产生诸多风险等等。所以，如何有效地规避中小企业财务风险，成为当前中小企业管理者和从业人员需时刻关注的一个重要问题。本文首先对财务风险的种类做简单介绍，以南京宏德兴有限公司为例，分析中小企业财务风险的成因，并对企业财务风险的规避提出相应的对策。73083
