摘要：作为一种新的融资渠道，新三板有着准入门槛低、股本总额低、无硬性财务指标要求的特点，对不少缺乏资金的中小企业来说，挂牌新三板，能够让企业在一个良好的平台上发展。特别是对于正处在成长期的中小企业来说，因为其自身的发展并不十分完善，管理制度也不十分健全，企业更难取得资金来进行生产经营活动，挂牌新三板后，中小企业将会有新的融资方式，传统的定向增发能为企业筹得一笔不小的资金，然而仅仅依靠定向增发并不能满足中小企业日益蓬勃的发展需求，所以中小企业需要不断开拓新的融资方法来满足企业自身发展的需求。本文将通过对新三板及融资方法相关概念的界定，结合企业具体情况，分析股权质押融资方法的可行性，为企业融资方法的选择提出建议。75880

Abstract: NEEQ is a new financing channels。It has a lot of characteristics,such as low access threshold,low capital stock and having no financial index。If those middle and small-sized enterprises who are out of fund had hung on NEEQ,NEEQ will supply a well terrace to those enterprises。Especially for these middle and small-sized enterprises who is on the growth stage,it is hard to earn fund for production and operating activities。The reason that had resulted in the situation is enterprises having no perfect development and no management system as sound as a bell。Middle and small-sized enterprises will have new ways of financing after hanging out NEEQ。As a traditional method,directional add-issuance can collect a lot of fund for enterprises。However,it is hard to meet middle and small-sized enterprises' brisk development only depending on directional add-issuance。In that way,middle and small-sized enterprises have to open up new financing method in order to meeting its own development。This article will define NEEQ and related concept of financing method。Then,this article will analyzing the feasibility of pledge of stock right combining with the enterprises' specific circumstance。Finally,this article will offer a proposal for enterprises to select financing method。
