摘 要造船企业是我国制造业的重要组成部分，对国民经济发展具有显著的促进作用。我国早已成为世界造船头号大国，但由于内部控制不合理、外部市场需求等因素的影响，我国造船企业的生产管理存在产业结构不协调、生产效率低下、成本控制不精确等问题。本文从造船企业库存成本控制面临的环境着手，分析了传统环境和现代环境下互联网+与大数据、云计算的结合，对库存成本控制进行解析，综合库存成本控制的相关理论，分析库存成本控制对我国造船企业的影响，在此基础上进一步讨论造船企业应对库存成本控制的发展方向，可以发现，造船企业在新的发展方向如精益制造、敏捷制造、绿色制造、智能制造的基础上，进行目标成本控制、库存产品控制等，可以有效改善目前库存成本控制存在的不足。77822
