摘 要：长远以来,养老都是一个问题,随着人类社会的不停发展，养老的问题会不断出现新问题,所以我们的学习研究养老金会计是没有尽头的。我国的老龄人口现状曾现出来人口数量多，增长的速度还很快，以及年龄越来越大的特点，因此，我们不能忽视老龄化给我们社会带来的很多问题。在这样的背景下，对待现有的养老保险制度、重视养老金会计的变革成为理论界和实务界大家都关注的热点问题。本文通过对中外养老金会计的比较，从中找出了我国的养老金会计存在诸多的问题，最后对我国的养老金会计提出改进的建议。 77871

Abstract：For a long time, pension has been a problem。 With the continuous development of human society , Pension problems will continue to emerge new problems, So our study of pension accounting is no end。 Owing to the number of the elderly in our country is increasing, growing fast, and aging, the government needs to solve the problem of a series of social problems which have no time to delay 。 In this context, improving the existing pension insurance system and pursuing pension accounting reform have become hot issues in both theoretical and practical circles。 Through comparison of pension accounting in China and foreign countries to found our pension accounting existing problems from multiple aspects of the comparisons of the Western pension accounting。 At last putting forward the improvements of pension accounting standard in China to deal with the problems。

1 引言
1。1 研究的背景
人口老龄化说的是因为结婚人数较少以及国家对生育政策的不合理造成的国家总人口中青年人人数少，老年人数量多，导致了老龄人的所占比例增长的一种情况。它包含两层含义：一是老年人数占总人数的比例在一直上升；二是种社会的整体状况 ，指的是社会整体结构上都呈现老年化的状态。国际上对人口老龄化的定义是：一个国家老龄人口的年龄到达一个规定年龄以上，比如说达到了60岁，并且这个人数也达到国家总人数的一定比例，那么我们就可以知道，这个国家已经是老龄化的社会了。以下三个原因都会导致人口老龄化，一是工作压力大、城市节奏快以及现代社会教育一个孩子的成本高，使得生育率降低，许多人成为了丁克一族：二是生活水平的提高，医疗技术的提高，人们也注重自己的保养；三是由于很多年前国家倡导计划生育的政策。人类社会不断地发展，养老的问题就会一直存在，因此我们要不断学习和研究养老金会计。 中外养老金会计比较研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_89570.html
