摘要：对于任何一家上市公司来说，货币资金不仅作为流动资产中流动性最强和控制风险最高的资产，它还贯穿企业生产经营的各个环节，因此货币资金的管理制度是上市公司财务管理的重中之重。本文从内部控制作为切入点，概述了货币资金管理的含义、目标和制度。通过具体的案例即分析中南传媒公司公司近年来对于货币资金的管理现状和举措，从货币资金的业务流程三阶段（即货币资金计划与调拨阶段、收付阶段）分别介绍了我国上市公司对于货币资金管理的要求，分析了现如今所存在的问题，并提出了改进的建议和可实施的措施。研究货币资金的管理有利于上市公司重视业务流程中货币资金的安全性、完整性，充分利闲置资金，可以使得资金利用率得到提高、增加公司的收益。78156

The Research of Listed CompanyMonetary Fund Management
Abstract：For any listed companies, currency funds not only as the strongest liquidity and control the highest risk of current assets, it also covers every aspect of the production and operation of enterprises, the monetary fund management system is the priority among priorities of financial management of listed companies。 From the point of view of internal control, this paper summarizes the meaning, objective and system of monetary fund management。 Through the concrete case that analyzesZhongnan media company management status and initiatives regarding the Monetary Fund in recent years, from the monetary fund business process in three stages (i。e。, planning and allocation of monetary funds, payment stage) this paper introduces China's listed companies monetary fund management requirements, analyzes the problems existing now, and puts forward the improvement and implementation of simple measures。Studying the management of monetary fund is helpful for listed companies to pay more attention to the safety and integrity of monetary funds in the business process, and to make full use of idle funds, so that the utilization of funds can be improved and the profits of the company will be increased。
