摘要上市企业作为资本市场的重要组成部分，其资本结构和企业绩效之间的关系不可 忽略。通过研究和调整资本结构对提升企业绩效具有重要意义。本文以 2015 年中国
87 家上市企业为样本，研究资本结构及其它相关因素对企业绩效的影响，为今后我国 上市企业的经营决策提供一定的可行性建议。其中，本文选取了资产负债率为企业资 本结构的度量指标，净资产收益率作为企业绩效的度量指标。最后，通过以上指标的 相关性研究得出结论，企业资本结构与企业绩效呈负相关关系。78071

The Study of Capital Structure and Enterprise Performance
Abstract As an important part of capital market, the relationship of listed companies between capital structure and enterprise performance can not be neglected。It is meaningful that we study the capital structure to improve enterprise performance。The article is based on Chinese 87 listed companies in 2015 for sample to study the effect of capital structure on enterprise performance and provide some suggestions for the listed companies decision-making 。 This article selects the asset-liability ratio as the measure of corporate capital structure, net assets yield as the measure of enterprise performance。 Finally, we conclude that it is negative relationship between enterprise capital structure and enterprise performance。

0 引言
资本结构，反映了企业各种资本的构成及其比例关系，集中体现企业的利益相关 者权力和义务，更是企业筹资决策时所需考虑的关键因素[1]。企业绩效是企业经营成 果的体现，是指企业在一段时间内利用自身已有的资源进行经营活动并从中取得的经 济绩效。企业可以通过作用资本结构影响企业的绩效,首先，资本结构对治理结构会产 生影响，从而影响企业绩效，其次，资本结构的不同会导致资本成本的不同，也会影 响到企业的经营绩效[2]。因此，资本结构对企业经营绩效的影响是不可忽略，而两者 之间的关系研究也有着重要的意义。企业应对资本结构的影响因素进行综合考虑，结 合理论研究与实际情况，运用合适的筹资方法，优化企业资本结构，以期达到有效规 范企业管理，提高企业治理效率，提升企业绩效的目的。 企业资本结构与企业绩效研究:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_89878.html
