摘 要： 民营企业在我国的经济中有着举足轻重的地位，是我国经济的基础环节。而财务效益又是衡量企业发展和运营成果的一个重要指标。财务效益的水平如何，以及存在的问题是否严重都会影响到企业在今后的发展。所以只有对民营企业的财务效益进行综合分析，不断改善，才可以确保企业在今后的发展中能够发展的更加稳定。企业的财务效益问题也称为了当今人民最为关注的一个话题。苏宁电器在我国民营企业中很具有代表性，在家电连锁的发展中也在这几年有了很大的突破，但是在财务管理上也出现了种种问题。所以，本文就将用苏宁电器作为财务效应分析的案例，来分析企业财务效益上存在的一些问题，并提出相关的意见和对策。80249

中国的很多民营公司在经过长期的发展后，都取得了一些较好的成绩，在我国的国民经济中也占了一个较为重要的位置以及地位。可是，现在我国的很多民营公司在发展的道路上也举步维艰，很多的企业都失败了，中国的很多企业在运营到5年的时候都会出现很大的问题，有的甚至倒闭、破产。其中一个最为严重的问题就是企业在财务管理上出现了重大的问题，跟不上市场发展。在当今这样市场经济十分复杂而且多变的环境下，如果企业追求更好的发展，并且获得一定的盈利，那就一定要建立起一套非常符合企业自身的财务制度，并且通过采取科学的运营方法，但是这一切都是要以企业的财务管理为基础的。本文就将对民营企业财务效益和管理的概念以及对企业的影响，再通过多苏宁电器的财务情况进行一个比较全面的分析之后，针对目前我国的一些民营企业在财务效益上所存在的各种问题进行了相关的分析以及探讨，最后提出相关的对策。 对民营企业苏宁电器财务效益分析:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_93145.html
