摘要随着我国社会zhuyi市场经济发展，房地产行业也一样飞速发展。与房地产行 业飞速发展伴生的是房地产企业面临的风险。但是由于房地产行业的特性，以及 外部环境和政策的影响，房地产企业必须重视财务风险。本文以财务风险理论为 基础，分析了房地产业财务风险的现状，以 JLC 集团为例，介绍了集团现有的风 险管理组织体系，分析了财务风险产生因素及存在问题。文章提出完善 JLC 集团 财务风险控制机制，需要建立健全预防集团财务风险的内部控制制度，同时强化 内部人员的财务管理水平和财务风险意识，建立有效适用的财务风险预警体系来 控制财务风险。81721

Research on Financial Risk Control of Real Estate Enterprises_A JLC Group Case

Abstract With the development of China's socialist market economy, the real estate industry also have a rapid development , too。 The rapid development of the real estate industry and the associated risk of real estate enterprises are facing。 However, due to the characteristics of the real estate industry, and the impact of the external environment and policies, the real estate enterprises must pay attention to financial risk。 In this paper, based on the theory of financial risk, financial risk analysis of the current situation of the real estate industry to JLC Group, for example, describes the Group's existing risk management system, analyzes the financial risk factors and generate problems。 This paper proposes to improve financial risk control mechanisms JLC Group, the need to establish a sound system of internal control of financial risk prevention group, while strengthening financial management and financial risk awareness of internal staff, the establishment of effective application of the financial risk early warning system to control financial risks。
