摘要近年来，互联网经济发展迅猛，互联网公司要想抓住机遇，适应瞬息万变的外部市场环境，取得持续性的竞争优势，就必须把重点放在管理上来，战略竞争管理作为区别于传统成本管理的手段，被越来越多的企业所接受和利用。本文首先从战略成本管理的理论研究出发，介绍了战略成本管理的概念、特点、分析方法等，为论文的研究打下理论基础。之后以乐视网为例，介绍了公司基本情况、行业地位及成本构成，然后以战略定位、价值链分析为重点分析公司转型后成功的战略成本管理，并对两种方法进行比较，最后给出对乐视网战略成本管理的建议以及对案例的思考，为其他互联网企业提供经验。83788
