江苏省植物性农产品中放射性调查

摘要随着我国人民的生活质量的逐步提高,人民对于食品安全质量的要求越来越高,对于食品问题的关注度也越来越高,而在我们生活中却无时无刻不存在着各种各样的危险。此次,我研究的课题就是与人民生活息息相关的食品中的放射性存在的调查的问题。江苏省植物性农产品放射性调查,拟选用谷物作为我们此次课题的研究对象,深入探讨省内农产品是否符合国家放射性物质的限值标准,以使人民能够放心食用。19108
通过使用低本底α/β检测仪,高纯锗γ检测仪,测量稻谷中的放射性活度所得数据的分析、研究得出以下结论:
1.β计数远远高于α计数,说明稻谷中更多存在发射β射线的物质。
2.通过高纯锗检测仪并未得到明显结果,测量值与本底值相差不大,说明江苏省谷物中的放射性核素很少,并且活度也非常低。省内人民可以放心食用。

Abstract
With the gradual improvement of the quality of life of our people, the people more and more high to the requirement of food safety and quality. Attention to food problem is becoming more and more high, However, in our life, there are all kinds of dangers. This time, my research topic is   the problems of radioactive in food which is closely related to people's life. The subject of "Plant radioactive survey of agricultural products in Jiangsu province" to use grain as the research object of this topic. we discussed in the province of agricultural products is in line with the national standard, the limits of the radioactive material in to enable the people to eat.
Through the use of low background alpha/beta tester, high purity germanium gamma detector, the data from measuring activity in rice analyses and studies the following conclusions:
1. Is much higher than alpha beta count count, explain rice there are more beta launch of the material.
2. Through the high-purity germanium detector has not been significantly as a result, the measured value and the background value were similar, shows very little grain of radionuclide in Jiangsu province, and the activity is also very low. So It is safe for us.
