车险费率市场化背景下的财险公司经营转型研究

摘要 随着我国经济社会持续的快速发展,国内人民的收入水平大幅提升,机动车辆开始普遍走入寻常百姓家里。在机动车辆这个庞大市场的带动下,车险越来越得到社会的关注。然而在车险市场发展壮大的过程中,一直存在着高保低赔、无责不赔、保险欺诈以及理赔不到位等为消费者所诟病的现象,费率厘定也没有跟不上市场经济的步伐,客户满意度普遍不高,为解决这类问题,提高财险公司的经营水平和增加盈利空间,车险费率的市场化改革势在必行。然而在国内大多数财险公司中,车险业务占据着绝对的比重,车险费率改革正在倒逼公司提高业务能力,加大车险风险管控投入。新条款对保险公司的风险识别能力、定价能力、人员素质等都提出了很高的要求,这无疑增加了财险公司的经营成本和盈利的不确定性。在此次改革中将冲击财险公司保费收入,重新分配车险市场的份额。财险公司将会受到哪方面的影响与挑战,以及应当采取哪些措施迎接车险的市场化改革,才能在改革的浪潮中站稳自己的阵脚,保持持续盈利的能力,这些将是本文阐述的重点。4619

However, most insurance companies in the country, and motor vehicle insurance occupies absolute proportion of car insurance rate reform is forcing companies to increase operational capacity and increase the insurance risk control inputs. New provisions on insurance companies ' ability to identify the risks, pricing, quality of personnel, have put high demands, that certainly adds to the uncertainty of operating costs and profits of insurance companies. This will also greatly impact insurance company premiums and reallocation of market share. Insurance companies would be to play in the reform which impacts and challenges, and what measures should be taken to meet the auto insurance market reform, to hold their position in the wave of reform, maintain the capacity for sustained profitability, which will be the focus of this paper.
