高光对长茎芒毛苣苔生长叶片形态和光合特性的影响

摘要:长茎芒毛苣苔是芒毛苣苔属、苦苣苔科中的植物,长茎芒毛苣苔的花色艳丽,叶型叶色变化丰富,可以作为优美的盆栽花卉,具有较高的观赏价值。但由于长茎芒毛苣苔刚刚引进中国,在市场上还没有很好地推广。本实验先通过对长茎芒毛苣苔的扦插繁殖进行研究并以此得到大量的成品苗,再利用高低光分别对长茎芒毛苣苔进行处理,并根据测定光响应曲线、切片观察等,研究长茎芒毛苣苔在高、低光照条件下的生理状况和差异。结果表明,长茎芒毛苣苔在高光处理后,其株型紧凑,植株叶片的颜色变化丰富,在色泽方面远远优于低光处理下的长茎芒毛苣苔,具有更高的观赏性。21626
