樟树叶等植物抑菌物质的提取与抑菌效果的研究

摘要:近年来,细菌的耐药谱不断扩大,抗菌药物的防治效果下降,且易在禽体内形成残留,影响了人类健康和公共卫生安全植物源性生物活性物质与化学合成物质相比,具有对人畜毒性小、不易产生耐药性、副作用少、环境污染小和残留低等优点,已经引起全球学者的广泛关注。综合上述,基于我国具有丰富的油掉资源,而且利用仅仅限于油樟的粗提物,且许多油樟油中单体物质未被充分利用,因此本研究在前期实验室研究的基础上,拟以樟树叶与天竺桂叶片所提取的植物精油作为研究对象,研究其对目前在兽医临床上危害较大大肠杆菌(细菌)的抗菌活性,以及对人体危害大的黑曲霉(真菌),蹄选得到具有较好抗此两类微生物活性的天然药物。本文首先简单介绍了樟树与天竺桂,然后对樟树与天竺桂抑菌物质和抑菌效果进行了重点阐述,得出天竺桂精油对细菌的抑制作用较强烈。而樟树叶精油却对真菌的抑制作用比较强烈,以期对以后的植物精油抑菌研究提供一定的参考价值。22051
