金针菇多糖提取最佳工艺探讨

摘要: 本论文主要以金针菇为原料,金针菇多糖为研究对象,研究金针菇多糖的提取工艺及其最佳提取条件,采用单因素实验及正交实验对金针菇多糖的热水浸提法和超声辅助浸提法进行研究,在料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取液pH、超声功率、超声处理时间等单因素实验的基础上采用正交实验,确定热水浸提法提取金针菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃,料液比1:40g/mL,浸提时间2h,提取液pH=8;确定超声辅助提取法提取金针菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率80W,超声处理时间30min,料液比1:30g/mL,浸提温度70℃。对两种方法进行对比,观察通过哪一种方法所得到的多糖提取率高。23955 毕业论文关键词: 金针菇多糖提取;热水浸提法;超声辅助提取法 Study on Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Flammulina velutipes Abstract: The optimization experiment of active polysaccharide extraction of Flammulina velutipes was carried out and the optimal extraction condition was determined,which has been used in extracting of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides.The water soluble method and ultrasonic-assisted extraction method of polysaccharides from Flammulina velutipes was studied.After the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments against the solid-liquid ratio,extraction time, extraction temperature,the pH value of the feed solution, ultrasonic treatment time and ultrasound power, then optimal screening the optimum extraction conditions, by comparison of two methods, the results show that the: water as solvent, the optimal extraction of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide were: extraction temperature is 90℃,extraction time is 2h,the pH value of the feed solution is 8 and the solid-liquid ratio is 1:40g/mL.The result of ultrasonic were:ultrasonic power is 80W, ultrasonic treatment time 30min, the solid-liquid ratio is 1:30g/mL, and the extraction temperature is 70℃.Comparison of two methods for higher yield ratio of the polysaccharide from Flammulina velutipes.
