开放式增温与不同施氮量对冬小麦钙吸收利用的影响

摘要:【目的】模拟全球气候变暖未来非对称增温的情景,对冬小麦进行花前夜间增温和氮肥处理,研究土壤及冬小麦植株体内钙含量的变化【处理】供试的小麦品种为扬麦13,采用了开放式主动增温装置,并设置未增温对照(CK)以及花前夜间增温处理(NT),每天从播种到开花18:00-6:00不间断的增温两个温度处理,和纯氮量分别为150 kg•ha-1、225 kg•ha-1、375 kg•ha-1三个氮肥处理【结果】花前夜间增温和氮肥施用对土壤中交换态钙含量无影响,对冬小麦茎鞘、叶片、穗中的钙含量的影响分别为无影响、降低和提升【结论】花前夜间增温和施氮量对土壤中交换态钙含量及小麦茎鞘中的钙含量无显著影响;增温条件下冬小麦叶片中的钙含量,在N150时显著高于常温处理,N225 和N375时低于常温处理,其中增温和施肥的互作为主要影响因素;增温提高了冬小穗中的钙含量,氮肥处理影响不显著,其中增温为主要影响因素。25761

Effects of open warm up and nitrogen fertilizer application on calcium absorption and utilization of Winter Wheat
Abstract:【Object】Simulation of the future global warming asymmetric warming scenarios, on winter wheat before night warming and nitrogen treatment, changes of soil and winter wheat plant calcium content【Solution】Two wheat varieties Yangmai 13,adopting the open active warming device, setting temperature control (CK) and the night before the warming treatment (NT), from sowing to flowering day 18:00-6:00 uninterrupted warming two temperature treatments and pure nitrogen were 150 kg, 225 kg - HA-1 - HA-1 kg HA-1, 375 - three n【Result】Before night warming and nitrogen fertilization on soil exchangeable calcium content had no effect, effect on the calcium content of winter wheat stems, leaves and spikes in the respectively, lowering and lifting effect.【Conclusion】Before night warming and nitrogen application had no significant effect on the exchange of calcium content and calcium content of wheat stem and sheath state of the soil; it has no significant effect on the calcium content in winter wheat leaves, the amount of nitrogen was increased at 150 kg after HA-1, the amount of nitrogen decreased at 225kg after HA-1 and 375kg after HA-1, the interaction of the warming and fertilization of the total water as the main factors; increasing the role of the calcium content of winter warming in spikes, which are the main factors.

开放式增温与氮肥施用对冬小麦钙吸收利用的影响 引言
由于全球气候的不断变化,全球变暖问题变的越来越严峻。相关文献指出,最近100年,中国的年平均地表气温显著增高,升温的幅度大概为0.5-0.8℃,这比同期的全球升温幅度的平均值还要略高一点[1]。最近的50年来,中国的增温尤为明显。在全球气候变暖的大背景下,粮食产量变得不稳定性增加。农业对气候变化的响应尤为敏感,增温会导致小麦的品质和产量的严重降低[2]。而氮素作为作物生长发育必需的营养元素,恰当的施用氮肥将会显著的提高作物品质和产量。但是过量的施用氮肥,不仅会影响小麦对氮素的利用效率,也会污染环境[3]。 (责任编辑:qin)
