房地产投资信托基金发展问题研究+文献综述

摘要:房地产投资信托作为金融信托业和房地产业相互融合的产物,它不仅可以为广大中小投资者投资房地产提供理想渠道,还可为房地产行业发展提供较充足的资金,从而促进房地产业的快速健康发展。因此,研究房地产投资信托是非常有必要的。 本文首先对房地产投资信托的概念、定义以及相关的理论进行梳理,使得我们对于房地产投资信托基金可以有一个全面、清楚的认识。接着对我国房地产投资信托的现状及存在的问题进行分析。通过前面部分的分析和介绍,论文分析了我国引入房地产投资信托的可行性,认为可以在我国设立房地产投资信托。经过分析我们还是可以看到房地产投资信托在我国有着广阔的应用前景。接着分析了房地产投资信托的风险分类以及风险预警分析。最后,论文分析了我国发展房地产投资信托基金发展的建议措施。5264 关键词:房地产,投资信托,运作模式 Research on the development of the real estate investment trust fund Abstract: Real estate investment trust as a result of financial trust industry and the real estate industry integration, it not only can provide real estate investment ideal channel for the investors, but also can provide a more adequate funding for the development of the real estate industry, so as to promote the real estate industry rapid and healthy the development of. Therefore, the research of real estate investment trust is very necessary. Then the status quo of China's real estate investment trust and the analysis of existing problems. Through the introduction of the front part, the paper analyzes feasibility of the introduction of real estate investment trust in China, that can set up a real estate investment trust in china. After analysis, we still can see the real estate investment trust in China has a broad application prospects. Then analyzed the risk classification of real estate investment trust and the risk early warning.
