摘要:本试验旨在研究日粮添加姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素对肉鸡生产性能、器官指数和抗氧化能力的影响。选取1日龄健康AA肉鸡360只,随机分成3组,分别饲喂基础日粮(CON组)、基础日粮+150 mg/kg姜黄素(CUR组)和基础日粮+150 mg/kg姜黄素(BIS-DMC)。试验期为42 d。试验结果显示:(1)日粮添加姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素可显著提高肉鸡后期21-42 d和全期1-42 d的平均日增重(P < 0.05)。(2)日粮添加姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素对肉鸡的器官重量和器官指数均无显著影响(P > 0.05)。(3)双去甲氧基姜黄素可提高肉鸡排泄物的ABTS自由基清除率(P < 0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加适宜水平的姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素可改善肉鸡的生产性能,而双去甲氧基姜黄素可在一定程度上提高肉鸡的抗氧化能力。28139 毕业论文关键词:姜黄素;双去甲氧基姜黄素;肉鸡;生产性能;抗氧化 Effects of curcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin on growth performance, organ index and antioxidant capacity in broiler chickens Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of curcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin on growth performance, organ index and antioxidant capacity in broiler chickens. A total of 360 healthy Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly pided into 3 groups: in which chicks was fed with basal diet supplemented with 0 (CON group), 150 mg/kg curcumin (CUR group) and150 mg/kg bisdemethoxycurcumin (BIS-DMC group). The whole experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that: (1) Dietary curcumin and bisdeoxymycincurcumin treatment significantly increased the average daily gain (P <0.05) of chicks at 21-42 and 1-42 days. (2) Dietary supplementation of curcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin had no significant effects on organ weight and organ index of broilers (P > 0.05). (3) Bisdeoxymycincurcumin significantly increased the ABTS+ scavenging activity of feces in birds (P <0.05). In conclusion, dietary curcumin and bisdeoxymycincurcumin supplementation improved growth performance, and bisdemethoxy curcumin increased the antioxidant capacity of broilers to some extent.
