一种水稻F-BOX蛋白的生物信息学分析

摘要:F-BOX蛋白是一类含有F-BOX结构域,组成泛素连接酶SCF复合体的重要组件,其主要作用是对靶蛋白的特异性识别,在细胞周期转换,信号转导,细胞凋亡,发育等多种生理过程中发挥重要的作用。本课题通过对三种水稻F-BOX蛋白序列从序列特征、理化性质、跨膜结构域、亚细胞定位、高级结构及功能域等方面进行了预测和分析,探讨水稻中这种F-BOX蛋白的相关功能信息。结果表明,三条F-BOX蛋白有着各自不同的功能,也存在某些方面的相似性,如三者都是不稳定蛋白质,都是以丝氨酸,苏氨酸,酪氨酸磷酸化为主,三条蛋白序列都有三个紊乱区,都可在各自特定位置形成球形蛋白,三者N端都不含有信号肽,都属于非分泌型蛋白,虽然三者有很多相似的地方,但也有其他不同的结构。如第三条蛋白序列的同源比较和进化树的构建均显示出此蛋白的同源性较低,以及三级建模预测结果显示三级结构比较简单,三者空间结构不同可能与其功能差异相关。29559

The Bioinformatics Analysis of F-BOX protein of Oryza sativa
Abstract: F-BOX protein is a kind protein of containing F-box domain, it an important component of SCF complex composed of ubiquitin ligase, this kind of protein have specificity in the target protein recognition.It plays an important role  in the cell cycle, signal transduction, apoptosis, development, and other physical  process. in the paper, we predicted series of information such as sequence characteristics, physical and chemical properties, the transmembrane domain structure, subcellular localization, advanced structure and functional domains and so on for three kinds of rice F-BOX protein sequences. The results showed that three F-BOX proteins have different functions, but have also some similarity, for example,they  are all unstable protein, and have similar phosphorylation information, similar disorders regions, they all can form the spherical protein in the whole level. Their N end sequence does not contain a signal peptide, and belong to non-secreted protein. However, they have different structure, for example, the homologous comparison and evolutionary trees for 3th sequence showed that its similarity is lower each other, and its tertiary structure results is simpler.
