四环素类抗生素对水华蓝藻的生理效应研究

摘要:四环素类抗生素是目前使用最广泛、用量最大的抗生素种类之一,其在环境中的大量残留带来了潜在的环境风险,近年来蓝藻水华现象大范围爆发,铜绿微囊藻是形成水华的优势种。由于四环素类抗生素和蓝藻在水体中有极大的可能性同时存在,因此本文以水华蓝藻铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,研究四环素类抗生素的污染现状以及生态毒性,通过高效液相色谱法检测了四环素类抗生素在铜绿微囊藻液中的降解情况,同时用紫外分光光度计测定铜绿微囊藻液叶绿素含量,用于研究四环素类抗生素的降解与铜绿微囊藻液生长的关系。结果表明:四环素抗生素对铜绿微囊藻生长有抑制作用,土霉素、四环素的在铜绿微囊藻中的降解实验属于一级反应,金霉素属于二级反应。为今后的研究方向进行了探计,旨在为其生态风险评价提供有价值的参考。30839 毕业论文关键词:四环素类抗生素、铜绿微囊藻、抑制、降解 Physiological Effects of Tetracycline Antibiotics on Cyanobacteria Abstract:Tetracycline antibiotics are currently the most widely used types of antibiotics largest amount, which a large number of residues in the environment poses a potential environmental risk, algal blooms in recent years, the phenomenon of large-scale outbreak of Microcystis aeruginosa is formed blooms the dominant species. Since tetracyclines and cyanobacteria in the water at the same time there is a great possibility, therefore this paper cyanobacterial aeruginosa for the study, research and ecotoxicity pollution of tetracycline antibiotics, by high performance liquid chromatography of tetracycline antibiotics in Microcystis aeruginosa liquid degradation while using UV spectrophotometer aeruginosa liquid chlorophyll content, tetracycline antibiotics used to study the relationship between the degradation and the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa liquid. The results showed that: tetracycline antibiotics on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa degradation of inhibition, oxytetracycline, tetracycline in Microcystis aeruginosa belongs in the first reaction, chlortetracycline belong to the secondary reaction. Exploration carried out in terms of the direction of future research, is designed to provide valuable reference for ecological risk assessment.
