LED光源对番茄生长的影响研究+文献综述

摘要:番茄的生长离不开光照,在光照条件下番茄植株才能完成光合作用。LED(Light Emitting Diode),即发光二极管,是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态的半导体器件,它不同于颜色单一的卤素灯之处在于,LED具有色彩绚丽,发光色彩纯正,光谱范围窄,并能通过红绿蓝三基色混色成七彩或者白光的特点。LED灯耗能极低,为普通节能灯的三分之一。
本论文以玻璃温室自然光下生长的番茄植株作为对照组,室内LED灯下生长的植株作为实验组,分别测定对照组和实验组的光合作用指标、含糖量、叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量等数据,以分析LED灯光对番茄生长的影响。结果表明,实验所用的LED等光强有待提高,LED光照下番茄和黄瓜叶绿素含量明显比对照组高,可溶性糖含量也略高于对照组,说明LED光照可促进叶绿体发育,增加植物体内糖含量。5814

Influence of LED Radiation on the Growth of Tomato
Abstract: Tomato can not grow up without illumination, since it performs photosynthesis only under the condition of illunmination. LED (Light Emitting Diode), as light-emitting diode, is a solid state semiconductor devices converting electrical energy into visible light. It differs from the halogen lamps which have merely one color of light is , LED are colorful, illuminating pure color, have narrow spectral range and radiate colorful or white light through red, green and blue color blending. The LED lamp use up extremely low energy compared with common energy-save lamp.
Here the tomato plants grown under LED lamp in culture room were compared with that under natural light in green house. The photosynthetic efficiency, sugar content, chlorophyll content and protein content of the tomato plants were measured to analyze the effect of LED light on tomato growth. The result here indicated that LED light intensity need to be increased, and the chlorophyll content of tomato and cucumber plants cultured under LED were much higher than control, indicating that LED illumination may promote chloroplast development.

1.1番茄背景
1.1.1 番茄形态特征
番茄为茄科草本植物,包括有限生长型、半有限生长型和无限生长型。条件适宜时可多年生长。植株高0.7~2m。全株被粘质腺毛。茎为半直立性或半蔓性,易倒伏,高0.7~1.0m或1.0~1.3m不等。茎的分枝能力强,茎节上易生不定根,茎易倒伏,触地则生根,所以番茄扦插繁殖较易成活。奇数羽状复叶或羽状深裂,互生;叶长5~40cm;小叶极不规则,大小不等,常5~9枚,卵形或长圆形,长5~7cm,前端渐尖,边缘有不规则锯齿或裂片,局部歪斜,有小柄。花为两性花,黄色,自花授粉,复总状花序。果实为浆果,浆果扁球状或近球状,肉质而多汁,橘黄色或鲜红色,光滑。种子扁平、肾形,灰黄色,千粒重3.0~3.3g,寿命3~4年。花、果期夏、秋季。根系发达,再生能力强,但大多根群分布在30~50cm的土层中。 (责任编辑:qin)
