珍珠粉对果蝇抗热激及生殖能力的影响

摘要:目的:探讨不同浓度的珍珠粉在热激胁迫下对果蝇寿命及在常温下对其生殖能力的影响.方法:收集同一批8h内羽化但未交配的野生型黑腹果蝇, 运用乙醚麻醉的方法,将果蝇等量分装于含不同浓度的珍珠粉的固体培养基中。30℃下培养观察并统计果蝇的存活数量;同步化处理果蝇选择8h内羽化但未交配的果蝇,雌雄各半。25℃下培养,观察并记录其蛹化的数量及速度。结果:热胁迫下低剂量组(每100g基础培养基中含有0.01g珍珠粉,即0.01%)和中剂量组(0.1%)的果蝇寿命比对照组(不含珍珠粉)高且低剂量更明显,高剂量组(1%)果蝇的寿命低于对照组。常温下低剂量产卵数量与速度高于对照组,而高剂量则低于对照组。结论:适当剂量珍珠粉可以促进果蝇的生长发育及抗热激能力,高浓度时则对抑制果蝇的生长发育及抗热激能力。34207

The impact of pearl powder on resistance to heat shock and the reproductive capacity of Drosophila
Abstact: Objective:To explore the impact of different concentrations of pearl power on the lifespan of Drosophila under heat shock stress and the reproductive capacity of Drosophila at room temperature. methods :Gathering with a group of 8h emergence but not mating wild-type Drosophila melanogaster, choosing the appearance of normal and inpidual size similar to the Drosophila as the research object by using ether anesthesia method, Same amount of fruit flies are randomly put into the solid medium with different concentrations of pearl power. Grown in 30 degree, the statistics of Drosophila melanogaster and the number of surviving were observed daily in the same time; We should choice a group of 8h emergence but not mating wild-type Drosophila melanogaster from synchronized Drosophila, male and female half . The flies are cultivated under 25 degree. Then we should observe the situation of the offspring propagation. Life span of fruit in the low dose group(per 100 grams of basic culture medium containing pearl powder 0.01 grams,0.01%) and medium dose group(0.1%) under heat stress are higher than that of the control group(no pearl powder), and that of the low dose is highest, but that of the high dose group(1%)  is lower than that of the control group .The number and speed of spawn in the low dose group and medium dose group under normal temperature are higher than that of the control group, and that of the low dose is highest, but that of the high dose group is lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Appropriate doses of pearl powder have a certain role in promoting in the growth and development of Drosophila under heat stress, but with the increasing of the concentration, the growth of Drosophila development has a slow trend.
