地塞米松对果蝇抗热胁迫及生殖能力的影响

摘要:目的:探究地塞米松(dexamethasone,DXM)对果蝇抗热胁迫及生殖能力的影响。实验方法:寿命实验,收集野生果蝇用乙醚将其麻醉进行实验,记录热胁迫下每组果蝇存活个数。生长发育实验,收集8小时内羽化的而未交配的果蝇,每组3对进行实验,记录果蝇繁殖和羽化的数量以及时间。结果:在热胁迫下,含不同DXM浓度的三组果蝇与对照组相比,寿命都延长。高浓度组平均寿命最长为21天,中剂量组、小剂量组分别是20天、19天,而对照组则是16天。生殖实验,对照组生殖能力最强,对照组、大、中剂量组都是在第6天开始产卵的,且对照组产卵最多,而小剂量组第7天开始出现卵。对照组羽化也比其他组早。结论:热胁迫下DXM延长果蝇的寿命,却在常温下降低果蝇生殖能力。34211

Effect of  dexamethasone  on Drosophila heat stress and reproductive   capacity
Abstract: Object:  Explore the effect of dexamethasone (dexamethasone, DXM) on the Drosophila heat stress and reproductive capacity. Methods: Life experiment, Collection of wild fruit flies anesthetized with ether to experiment, Record flies survival under heat stress in each number.  reproductive capacity, collection within 8 hours without feathering mating flies, each set of three pairs of experiments, record number of flies breeding and feathered and time. Result: Under heat stress, DXM containing different concentrations of the three groups compared with the control group in Drosophila, life is extended. The average of life expectancy of high concentrations of up to 21 days, for dose group, low-dose group were 20 days, 19 days, While the control group was only 16 days.  Reproductive experiments, the control group is the strongest group of Reproductive capacity , control group, large, medium-dose group were in the sixth day of spawning, and the control group have the largest spawning, the low-dose group began spawning seven days, the control group also earlier than other groups of feathering.  conclusion: DXM under heat stress extend the life of fruit flies, Drosophila has decreased reproductive capacity at room temperature.

地塞米松对果蝇抗热胁迫及生殖能力的影响 引言:
地塞米松属于腺皮质类激素是一种人工合成的激素,类属于类固醇类药物[1]。具有抗内毒素、抗过敏、抗自身免疫性疾病和抗炎等作用[1,2],DXM的主要作用是危重疾病的急救用药同时还是各种炎症的治疗药物[3]。DXM应用在生理剂量替代治疗时没有明显的副作用,但它也具有一定的副作用的其副作用多发生在应用药理剂量时,而且和用药的剂量、用药种类以及用药途径等有密切联系[4,5]。DXM的副作用主要表现在以下几种:1.大量使用DXM患者会出现增肥、伤口不能很好的愈合、低血钾综合征和糖尿病病情加重等副作用。2. 患者会出现精神症状如抑郁症、兴奋不安等症状。DXM还具有致畸作用一般情况下孕妇不宜使用,孕妇大量食用可能会造成胎儿的畸形 。DXM是在肝脏内进行代谢,肝功能不全者也不宜使用。 (责任编辑:qin)
