卡柱苣苔对不同光照强度的适应性初探

摘要:卡柱苣苔(Chirita ‘Kazu’)是苦苣苔科线叶唇柱苣苔(C. linearifolia)和唇柱苣苔宽叶变种(C. sinensis var latifolia)的杂交园艺品种,是新开发的室内植物。本论文对卡柱苣苔在不同光照强度条件下(高光,最大PAR 530μmol•m-2•s-1、中光遮阴,最大PAR 240μmol•m-2•s-1,遮光率45.3%、床下低光,最大PAR 30μmol•m-2•s-1)生长的生理适应性作了初步探究,比较分析叶绿素含量、含水量,比叶重等生理指标差异,测定叶绿素荧光参数,并将取样在三种光照情况下的石蜡切片作显微对比。结果表明:随着栽培光照的减弱,叶片含水量增加,比叶重降低,叶绿素含量增加。叶绿素a/b比值中光遮阴下最高,高光条件下最小。通过快速光响应曲线测定,α、Ik值等参数均为:遮阴>床下>强光,ETRmax值强光处仅有46.3μmol•m-2 • s-1,而遮阴处的可达97μmol• m-2 • s-1。叶绿素荧光参数 Fv/Fm床下>遮阴>强光,强光下植株明显处于逆境胁迫下。叶片切片分析表面,遮阴和床下弱光条件下,叶片栅栏组织细胞大,厚度较薄,且海绵组织相对强光排列更为紧凑,同时,床下的角质层远薄于强光处。6064 关键词:苦苣苔;室内植物;叶绿素;快速光响应曲线;显微切片 Preliminary study on the adaptability of Chirita‘KaZu’ to different light intensities Abstract: Chirita ‘Kazu’are the Gesneriaceae,the hybrids of Chirita linearifolia (C. linearifolia) and Chirita broad leaf varieties (C. sinensis var latifolia), which is the new development of indoor plants. This paper takes it as the research object, and makes elementary research on physiological adaptability under different light intensities (highlight 530μmol•m-2•s-1, medium light,shade 240μmol•m-2•s-1, shading rate 45.3% lowlight,under the bed 30μmol•m-2•s-1) and comparative analysis of chlorophyll content, water content, ratio of leaf weight measured physiological parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, and the sampling of the three kinds of light paraffin sections for microscopic comparison case. The results suggest that with the cultivation of light decreasing, leaf water content increased, the weight of ratio of leaf decreased ,and the content of chlorophyll increased. On the ratio of chlorophyll a/b, medium light is the maximum and highlight is,the minimum. With measured by rapid light response curve, alpha α, Ik and other parameters are: shade > under the bed> highlight,.While ETR Max highlight is only 46.3μmol•m-2 • s-1, and the shade is up to 97 μmol•m-2 • s-1. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Fv/Fm is under the bed > shade> light, which proves highlight plants are significantly under stress.The surface of blade section analysis shows that: lowlight conditions including shade and bed parts of cells of palisade tissue are bigger and thinner, and spongy tissue arranged more compact ,at the same time, the cuticula of lowlight is far thinner than the highlight.
