基于MATLAB的贻贝河床模式的模拟仿真研究

摘要:人工生命是20世纪80年代后期兴起的一门新兴学科,也是计算机科学继人工智能之后出现的新的发展方向之一。有关“人工生命”概念的定义,各个领域的不同学者莫衷一是,但是基本上公认的是它包含着如下基本思想:人工生命是关于可能生命形式的学科;人工生命研究所用的是综合的方法,而不是分解还原的方法;突现是人工生命的突出特征;自上而下的建构方式;生命本身就是一种算法。39459
人工生命研究具有重大的理论和现实意义,同时也挑战了一些基本的哲学信念,尤其是“生命的观念”。对于何谓生命,历史上一直存在着争论,但是大致上对生命的定义可以分为实体主义和功能定义两种。然而在人工生命研究开始之后,这些定义不断受到挑战,生命的本质不得不被重新审视。基于人工生命对生命本质的重新界定需要同时包含以下三个方面的内容:一是阐明生命的功能是什么;二是要阐明生命作为一种系统的本质特征是什么;三是要阐明生命作为一个过程,其动态特征是什么。
论文研究贻贝的生态特性和几种不同的随机运动,对贻贝群河床模式的形成过程进行模拟,分别完成了二文和三文河床模式的模拟,丰富了人工生命的研究内容。

Simulation study on the river bed model of mussels based on MATLAB
Abstract:Artificial Life is a new subject arisen in the 80s of 20th century, which is also one of the new developing trends of Computer Science after the emergence of Artificial Intelligence. Scholars of different fields have different opinions about the definition of the conception of “Artificial Life”. But the all consider that Artificial Life should contain the following ideas: Artificial Life is a subject concerning all kinds of possible life forms; The method that the research into Artificial Life used is not reduction but synthesis; Emergence is the striking feature of Artificial Life; The constructing means of Artificial Life is bottom-up; Life is a kind of algorithm indeed.
The research into Artificial Life has theoretical and practical significance. It also challenges some basic philosophical faiths, such as “the idea of life”. As to the question “What is life”, it is far from consensus. On the whole, the other is the definition on function. However, these definitions have been still challenged unceasingly when the research into Artificial Life came into being. It cannot help reconsidering the essence of life. Based on the outcome of the former researchers, this paper holds out that the reconsideration of the essence of life which is based on Artificial Life study should contain the following 3 aspects. At first, the function of life should be elucidated. Second, it should be clarified that the intrinsical characteristic of life is a kind of system. Third, the dynamic characteristic of life as a process should be illuminated.
Paper studies the ecological characteristics of mussels and several different random motion, to simulate the process of forming the pattern of mussels group of riverbed, completed the 2d and 3d riverbed model simulation, enrich the research contents of artificial life.
