开放住宅小区对城市道路交通的影响

摘要:中央国务院发布的文件——《关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》,在此文件中指出,原则上将不再建设封闭式住宅小区。其中最受关注之一的问题就是改善交通路径问题。对于开放小区对内外道路及周边道路通行影响,我们通过Matlab、Vissim仿真系统软件进行建模,分析解决该问题。

对于问题一,采用小区开放后车辆行驶在小区支路与小区外围主干道路的相关时间的提升程度,划分等级,作为评价指标体系。

对于问题二,设计两种不同类型小区,分别予以三种不同规模,每个小区规划两种行驶路线,运用时间模型,代入标准的相关数据对车辆通行进行数学模拟,得出等级效果P,利用Vissim仿真系统软件,分析对周边道路的影响;提出悖论模型,表示两车间隔与速度关系的二次多项式方程,利用该方程计算道路内的车辆数,判断是否适合开放。

对于问题三,采取真实小区相关数据,优化数据,建立时间差值模型、最优决策模型,使用Matlab、Vissim仿真系统等软件进行编程,得到道路交通改善效果p的值在10.159%-10.694%之间,适合开放小区的结论。

对于问题四,我们分别对城市规划部门和交通管理部门提出了建议,最佳建议:选择性开放小区,实行“人车分流”制度,选择合适的路线进行开放,才能达到优化路网的最佳运行模式。

Abstract:The state council of the communist party of China (CPC) central committee issued several opinions on further strengthening the management of urban planning and construction. One of the biggest concerns is improving traffic routes. For the influence of open community on the internal and external road and surrounding road traffic, we use Matlab and Vissim simulation system software to model, analyze and solve problems.

For problem 1, the improvement degree of the relevant time of the vehicle driving on the sub-branch of the community and the peripheral main road of the community after the opening of the community is adopted to classify the grade as the evaluation index system.

For question 2, the design of two different types, respectively to three kinds of different sizes, two kinds of driving route, each district planning by using the model of a time, into the relevant data of standard to mathematical modeling of vehicles, concluded that P level effect, using the Vissim simulation software, analysis the impact on the surrounding roads; This paper presents a paradox model, which represents the quadratic polynomial equation of the relation between the two workshop compartments and the speed.

For question 3, is adopted the related data of real optimization data, time difference value model, the optimal decision model is established, using Matlab, Vissim simulation system, such as software programming, road traffic improvement effect of P values between 10.159% and 10.694%, suitable for the conclusion of open area.

For question 4, we investigated the traffic administrative department of the city planning department and put forward the suggestion, the best advice: selectively open area, implement the system of "separate flow of people and vehicles" , select the appropriate route to open, to achieve the best operation mode optimization of road network.
