植物生长激素的细胞毒性研究

摘要【目的】植物激素作为一种能调节植物生长的农药已经被广泛使用在农业生产中,为探讨植物激素对生物体的潜在危害,现分别添加一系列浓度梯度的生长素和赤霉素到培养基中处理酵母菌。【方法】使用 MTT 法测酵母活菌细胞数,用 NBT 还原法测菌内 SOD酶活水平,并用紫外分光光度法测定菌内 CAT 酶活水平。【结果】当生长素的浓度为100mg/L,赤霉素的浓度为50mg/L 时,酵母菌的活力分别降低 47.2%和 34.5%,SOD 酶活分别提高 35.6%和 12.4%,CAT 酶活分别提高 65.4%和 77.9%,生长素和赤霉素在高浓度下均表现出对酵母菌生长的抑制作用,并且能使菌内CAT 活性明显增加。 毕业论文关键词 植物激素 酵母菌 毒性 SOD CA TTitle The Research of the Cytotoxicity of Plant hormones Abstract[Objective]Plant hormones,a series of pesticide which can regulate plant growth,has beenwidely used in argriculture. To study the potential hazards of plant hormones on the organism,wehave made use of a series of concentration gradient of auxin and gibberellin to treat yeast culturemedium.[Methods]MTT method was used to measure the number of viable cells of yeast cells,the activity level of SOD was measured by NBT reduction method, and the activity level of CATin bacteria was determined by UV spectrophotometry.[Conclusion]When the auxinconcentration is 100mg / L, gibberellin concentration was 50mg / L, yeasts activity were reduced47.2% and 34.5%, SOD activity were increased by 35.6% and 12.4%, cat enzyme activity wereenhanced 65.4% and 77.9%.The growth of yeast was inhibited by auxin and GA at highconcentration, and the activity of CAT was increased obviously.
