生活污水处理厂的污泥对吊竹梅的生长和危害的评估

摘要: 随着生活污水处理率的提高,市政污水处理厂将产生越来越多的污泥。将污泥用于绿化是一条值得探索的处置途径。本论文以药用绿化植物吊竹梅为研究对象,分别向土壤中施用1%、2%、5%的市政污泥,结果发现:(1)污泥的施用明显地改善了吊竹梅的生长,以2%的污泥施用量效果最好,此后污泥的施用对植物的促生长效应并不明显;(2)随着污泥施用量的增加,重金属在吊竹梅根部的含量呈增加趋势,在2%的污泥处理时,重金属含量达到峰值,而后随污泥增加重金属浓度反而降低,比如Be、Cr、Ni、Cu、Ag和Pb;除Se和Cd外,重金属在吊竹梅茎叶中的含量,随污泥施用量的增加而逐步增加;(3)在未施用污泥时,吊竹梅根部As、Cd、Pb和Cu四种重金属含量均超过中国药用标准;在施用污泥后,除了根部的As、Cd、Pb和Cu四种重金属外,Hg含量也超过了药用标准。而在吊竹梅茎叶中,无论添加污泥与否,各种重金属含量均远未超标。这表明本地区的吊竹梅只有茎叶可入药,且污泥施用量达到5%时也未对茎叶的药用价值产生影响,但根部在施用污泥前后都不宜制药。污泥作为绿化利用,是一条可行的处置途径。43146 Abstract: With the increase of domestic sewage treatment rate, municipal sewage treatment plants will produce more and more sludge. The use of sewage sludge as greening is a worthy way to be explored. This paper used the medicinal greening plant Zebrina pendula Schnizl and 1%, 2%, 5% of municipal sludge was applied into the soil. The result showed that: (1) Application of sludge significantly promoted the growth of plants, and 2% application produced biggest biomass and there was no effect of more sludge on plant growth; (2) With the increase of sludge application, the concentrations of heavy metals in Z. pendula showed a trend of increase; With 2% of sludge application, the concentrations of heavy metals reached the peak, and then decreased with the increase of sludge application, such as Be, Cr, Ni, Cu, Ag and Pb; With the exception of Se and Cd, the concentrations of heavy metals in shoots of Z. pendula, gradually increased with the increase of sludge application; (3) When no application of sludge, the concentrations of the heavy metals (As, Cd, Pb and Cu) in the roots of Z. pendula are higher than the Chinese medicinal standard; After the application of sludge, the concentrations of the heavy metals (As, Cd, Pb, Hg and Cu) in the roots of Z. pendula are higher than the Chinese medicinal standard. Whether or not adding sludge, the concentrations of the heavy metals in the shoots of Z. pendula are lower than the Chinese medicinal standard. This suggested that Z. pendula in the region only the shoots can be as a Chinese medicine, and when applying sludge content reaches 5%, medicinal value of shoots are not affected, too. But no matter whether the application of sludge, the root of Z. pendula are not suitable for being into Chinese medicine. Sludge greening is a feasible disposal way.
