吲哚乙酸影响拟南芥对荧蒽的吸收机制研究

摘要:目前,土壤多环芳烃(PAHs)污染日益严重,防治PAHs污染已经成为全球性的环境问题。与传统物理化学修复技术相比,植物修复技术具有处理成本低,对环境扰动少,不造成二次污染等优点,但也有效率低、耗时长等缺点。因此寻求提高植物修复效率的途径具有重要现实意义。本文主要探究植物激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)对植物吸收荧蒽的影响机制。通过设定不同浓度IAA处理,考察拟南芥对荧蒽的吸收积累特征差异,同时监测植物体内GST、POD和PPO三种酶活性变化,明确IAA对植物吸收荧蒽的影响机制。实验结果表明,在高浓度IAA(10-6—10-5M)处理下,拟南芥生物量略有下降;IAA处理下的拟南芥对荧蒽的积累浓度和总积累量却均小于无IAA处理的对照组。此外,适宜浓度的IAA对GST、POD和PPO三种酶活性有一定程度的促进作用。其中,IAA浓度为10-9—10-7M时,对GST酶活性促进效果明显;IAA浓度为10-8—10-6M时,对POD酶活性具略微促进作用;IAA浓度为10-8—10-6M,对PPO酶活性也仅具略微促进作用。相关性分析结果表明,拟南芥生物量、体内荧蒽积累浓度和荧蒽总积累量三者之间互呈显著正相关;拟南芥体内荧蒽积累浓度与GST和POD两种酶酶活性呈负相关,与PPO酶活性呈正相关;而拟南芥体内荧蒽总积累量与GST酶活性呈正相关,与POD和PPO两种酶酶活性呈负相关。43575

Effects of 3-Indoleacetic acid on plant uptake of fluoranthene

Abstract: At present, the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) pollution is becoming more and more serious, and the prevention and remediation of PAHs pollution has become a global environmental problem. Compared with the traditional physical and chemical repair technology, phytoremediation technology has the advantages of low processing cost, less disturbance to the environment, and no secondary pollution. But it also has some limitations such as low efficiency, time-consuming. Therefore, it is important to seek ways to improve the efficiency of phytoremediation. In this paper, the effects of IAA on the absorption and accumulation of FLT in Arabidopsis thaliana were examined, also the enzyme activities of GST, POD and PPO. The results showed that at the high concentration of IAA (10-6-10-5M), the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana decreased slightly. The concentration and total accumulation of FLT in Arabidopsis thaliana treated with IAA were all lower than those in the control group without IAA treatment. In addition, the IAA could promote the enzyme activities of GST, POD and PPO in some treatments. The GST activity was promoted significantly with 10-9 - 10-7M. The POD activity was slightly increased under 10-8 - 10-6M IAA treatment. And the PPO activity was only slightly promoted with the 10-8 - 10-6M IAA treatment. The correlation analysis showed that a significant positive correlation existed among the biomass, the FLT concentration and the total FLT accumulation in the plant. The FLT concentration in the Arabidopsis thaliana was negatively correlated with the GST and POD activity, and positively correlated with PPO activity. But the total accumulation of FLT in Arabidopsis thaliana was positively correlated with the activity of GST and negatively correlated with the activities of POD and PPO.
