种植密度对甜高粱青贮品质的影响

摘要:随着我国农业产业结构的调整,对优质牧草的需求量逐年增加。由于我国南方农区特殊的气候土壤条件,导致很多牧草在该地区生长表现不尽人意,而甜高粱已经被证明在该地区有巨大的生产潜力。因此,本试验以“大力士”甜高粱为研究对象,探讨了不同种植密度对青贮品质的影响,以便为甜高粱栽培和利用提供实验依据。试验设置了25.0万株/hm2 ,33.3万株/hm2 和50.0万株/hm2 三个种植密度,分析了种植密度对甜高粱农艺性状、饲草产量和营养价值的影响,以及对甜高粱的青贮品质和青贮饲料的营养价值的影响。试验结果表明,不同种植密度间差异显著,33.3万株/hm2 处理下甜高粱的可溶性碳水化合物和水分含量适宜,利于青贮发酵。青贮甜高粱在该处理下的pH、氨态氮含量和挥发性脂肪酸含量最低,乳酸含量最高,发酵品质最优;水溶性化合物含量最高,为5.12%,纤维含量最低,粗蛋白含量较高,营养价值最高。综合甜高粱的农艺性状、营养价值和青贮饲料的品质,甜高粱在华东地区作青贮饲料适宜的种植密度是33.3万株/hm2 。43588

The effect of planting density on silage quality in sweet sorghum 

Abstract:With the adjustment of China's agricultural industry structure, the demand for high-quality forage is increasing year by year. Due to the special climatic soil conditions in the southern agricultural areas of China, many pastures have grown unsatisfactory in the region, while sweet sorghum has been shown to have huge potential for production in the region. In this study, the effects of different planting densities on silage quality were discussed in order to provide experimental basis for the cultivation and utilization of sweet sorghum. Three planting densities were set in this experiment, respectively, 250 000 plants / hm2, 333 000 plants / hm2 and 500 000 plants / hm2. The effects of planting density on agronomic traits, forage yield and nutritive value of sweet sorghum were analyzed, and the effects of silage quality and nutritional value of silage in sweet sorghum were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences among different planting densities. The water soluble carbohydrate and moisture of sweet sorghum were suitable for silage fermentation in the 333 000 / hm2 treatment. Under the plant density, pH, ammonia nitrogen and volatile fatty acid in the silage sweet sorghum were the lowest, the lactic acid was the highest and the fermentation quality was the best. Similarly, water soluble carbohydrate was the highest at 5.12%, fiber was the lowest, crude protein is moderate, and nutritional value was the highest at the planting density. In all, considering response of agronomic traits, nutritional value and silage quality of sweet sorghum, we conclude that the suitable planting density of sweet sorghum for silage in East China is 333 000 / hm2.
