关于大学生网购情况的调查研究+结构方程模型

摘要近年来,人们的生活节奏加快,网络技术也日益发展,网上购物渐渐的深入千家万户.为了深入了解当代大学生网购的特征,我们设计了“关于大学生网购情况的调查问卷” ,利用随机抽样的方法对我校大学生发放了500 份问卷,通过回收、整理共得到了381 份有效数据.我们对数据进行分析,首先建立因子分析模型,然后进一步提出关于我校大学生的网购消费结构、网购驱动因素以及网购满意度这三者之间的结构方程模型.最终得出了以下结论:大学生网购的满意度受网购货物质量、卖家提供信息的可靠度、卖家发货的及时性、卖家处理货物的速度与能力的影响较大; 网购产品种类多样化, 花费在服装、 鞋包上的费用较多;促销活动和其余买家的评价是影响我校学生网购的主要因素.我校大学生网购的消费结构与网购驱动因素呈负相关, 而网购的消费结构以及网购驱动因素都与网购满意度都呈正相关.该论文有图7 幅,表 9 个,参考文献8篇.50162 毕业论文关键词:问卷调查 随机抽样 因子分析 结构方程模型 相关性 Research on The Situation of College Students'Online Shopping AbstractIn recent years, people's life rhythm is accelerated, the network technology isalso growing, online shopping is gradually deep into thousands of households. Inorder to understand the characteristics of contemporary college students' onlineshopping, we design "on the college students' online shopping in the questionnaire,using random sampling method of our university students issued 500 copies ofquestionnaires, through recycling, sorting has received a total of 381 valid data.
