一株解淀粉芽孢杆菌的抗真菌活性物质的理化性质研究

摘要在当今世界滥用化学农药带来严重环境污染的背景下, 利用芽孢杆菌发酵液中的活性物质进行生物防治,将之作为新型生物农药代替传统的化学农药,这具有广阔的应用情景。我国的植物资源资源十分丰富,而且种类繁多,能在植物中能够分离出不同类型的芽孢杆菌。 如果利用芽孢杆菌发酵液的活性物质对农作物进行生物防治,将是对资源的更深度的利用,而且也保护了农村的环境,增加农作物的食用安全性。本实验中,对一株解淀粉芽孢杆菌进行发酵培养后对发酵液进行预处理,然后鉴定其活性物质的理化性质,包括pH 稳定性、光稳定性、热稳定性。通过一系列的数据计算和分析,最终确定这株解淀粉芽孢杆菌发酵液中的活性物质具有良好的热稳定性、光照稳定性以及酸碱稳定性。该论文有表19 个,参考文献11 篇。51091 毕业论文关键词:解淀粉芽孢杆菌 生物防治 理化性质 Study of Physical and chemical properties of a Bacillusamyloliquefaciens antifungal active substances Abstract Under the backgroud of abuse of chemical pesticicides bringing seriousenvironmental pollution in todays world, it has had broad application scenarios that usingthe active substances from fermentation broth of Bacillus to do a biological prevention isa new bio-pesticide instead of traditional pesticides. There are lots of plant resources inour country and they have different species. So, it can be isolated different types ofBacillus from them. If the fermentation broth of Bacillus is utilized to have a biologicalprevention on crop, it will be a deeper usage to resources, protection of rural environmentand increase of food safety of crop. In this experiment, the fermentation broth waspretreated after fermentation of a Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens. Afterwards, the physicaland chemical properties of active substances were identifide, including the stability of PH,light and heat. Finally ,the active substance from fermentation broth of this BacillusAmyloliquefaciens were determind to have good thermal stability, light stability and PHstability.
