江苏银杏内生放线菌的分离及其活性初步研究

摘要  银杏作为中国特有的孑遗珍贵树种,因而以银杏衍生而来的文化作为我国生态文化的一部分越来越重要。放线菌“走进”药用植物组织内部并生活在其中,它们从陌生到熟悉。在成为内生放线菌的生长发育过程中,存在协同进化的漫长阶段,互惠共生的“理念”在两者系统演化中均起到重要作用。药用植物内生放线菌能够影响宿主某些活性物质的质量或产量,甚至能合成或转化与宿主相同或是相似的生物活性物质,具有良好的开发与利用价值,前景广阔。 本论文中,经过样品的表面消毒灭菌处理后,从银杏的根、茎、叶等部分离得到了78株银杏内生放线菌。根部 49株,茎 25株,叶4株。对其中 36株放线菌进行活性鉴定,发现其中 34株具有产淀粉水解酶活性,25株具有产纤维素水解酶活性,24株具有拮抗病原真菌的能力。本实验中还对分离得到的 34株放线菌进行促生活性潜在性分析,13 株菌固氮潜力;7 株有解磷潜力;13 株有产铁载体潜力。  51092

Isolation of Endophytic Actinomycetes Associated with Ginkgo Biloba in Jiangsu Province and Their Bioactivities   
Abstract  Ginkgo biloba L. is a unique Chinese relict species, ginkgo culture is an important part of China's ecology cultural. There exists symbiosis between endophytic actinomycetes of plants and their hosts, now that endophytic actinomycetes live in botanical tissues for a long period of time, and evolve together with their hosts. Endophytic actinomycetes can produce the same or similar bioactive agents as medicinal plants, or relay on the phytochemicals produced by the plants. It is urgent to isolate and study associated endophytes from the host plants. The main purpose of this dissertation was to investigate antimicrobial and anticancer compounds from natural products of endophytes. Through sterilization the surface of roots, stems and leaves from Ginkgo biloba, isolation of endophytic actinomycetes .We got 78 actinomycetes which 49 from root, 25 from stem and 4 from leaves. 36 of them active actinomycetes were identified, 34 strains could produce starch hydrolase, 25 strains could produce cellulose hydrolysis and  24  strains showed anti-pathogenic fungi  activities. Then we analyze their  plant growth-promoting activities.  13 of them have  nitrogen fixation potential, 17 have solubilizing potential and 13 have produced siderophore potential.

1  引言  1.1 银杏 1.1.1 银杏概述 银杏(Ginkgo biloba L),裸子植物门银杏科银杏属,多分布在我国温带和亚热带气候区内。银杏有极长的寿命,被称作“活化石”。其果为白色,故又称“白果”。白果营养价值丰富,药食两用,经常食用可健肺克喘[1]。人们已经从银杏中提取出了黄酮类、银杏内酯、聚戊烯醇(GBP)[2]等物质,这些物质可以提高免疫力,抑制癌细胞转移辅助放化疗[3],在临床上,可应用于治疗冠心病、心绞痛等疾病[4]。银杏已经成为近几年药用植物研究热点之一。 (责任编辑:qin)
