一株潜在新种放线菌的多相分类学研究

摘要:随着生物技术的快速发展,一些新的放线菌菌种不断被发现,但目前已知的放线菌菌种依旧很少。 因此, 在自然界中仍旧有大量的放线菌有待我们去发现并且开发利用。本文主要利用多相分类技术对前期分离到的植物根际放线菌 KLBMP S0039T进行分类鉴定, 把 KLBMP S0043T、 NBRC 15531T 和SBHR OA6T 作为比较菌种, 结合培养特征、形态特征、生理生化试验、化学分类特征(脂肪酸、极性脂、醌组分和 G+C 摩尔百分比) 、16S rRNA 基因相似性与系统发育分析的结果综合研究它的分类地位,初步确定是否为新物种。结果表明,菌株KLBMP S0039T为放线菌中诺卡氏菌属的成员,与最近的三株菌在生理生化方面差异明显,因此该菌为诺卡氏菌属的一个潜在新物种。51209 毕业论文关键词:根际放线菌;多相分类;新物种;16S rRNA 基因 Study on the polyphasic taxonomy of a potential new actinomycete strain Abstract: With the rapid development of biotechnology, some new actinomycetes have beendiscovered, but there are still few known actinomycetes strains. Thus, there still exist a largenumber of actinomycetes yet to be discovered and exploited in nature. This paper appliespolyphasic taxonomic approaches to identify a potential new actinobacterial strain KLBMPS0039 isolated from rhizosphere soils. Based on the cultural, morphological and physiologicalfeatures, biochemical tests, chemical classification characteristics (fatty acids, polar lipids,quinone components, the mole proportion of G + C) and 16S rRNA gene phylogeneticanalysis compared with type strains KLBMP S0043T, NBRC 15531T and SBHR OA6T. Theresults showed that strain KLBMP S0039 was a member of the genus Nocardia and hadobvious differences in physiological and biochemical features. Thus, strain KLBMP S0039could be classified as a potential new species of the genus Nocardia.
