金不换内生菌的分离及多样性研究

摘要本实验以药用植物金不换(King Panax)为实验材料,从中分离内生菌,并研究其多样性,通过系统分离,获得纯菌株,并通过形态学和分子生物学手段进行鉴定,确定2-3株内生菌。为进一步研究和开发利用这种植物内生菌资源提供参考。52869

通过本实验的研究,利用平板培养法从药用植物金不换(King Panax)分离出25株内生菌,其中来源于根部2株,茎中4株,叶中19株。经过形态观察法和载玻片法等方法,初步鉴定了金不换内生菌具有9个属,包括毛霉属(Mucor)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、酵母属(Saccharomyces)、青霉属(Penicillium)、囊孢菌属(Capsule)、弯孢霉属(Curvularia)、共头霉属(Syncephalastrum)、篮状菌属(Talaromyces)和链孢霉属(Fusarium)。内生菌在金不换不同组织中分离出的频率为叶>茎>根。本试验结果表明,药用植物金不换内生菌具有丰富的生物多样性,同时发现其不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及其组成存有明显差异性。这对于开发利用药用植物及药用植物的栽培具有重要的经济及生态价值。为进一步探究金不换的药理活性和生物学功能奠定基础,也为进一步研究其内生菌的化学多样性提供基础。

AbstractIn this experiment, medicinal plants King Panax. is used as experimental material, isolate endophytes from it, and to study their persity, through the system separation to obtain pure strains, and identify them by morphological and molecular biology methods, determine within 2-3 strains of endophytes. For reference of the further research and development and utilization of such plant endophytes resources.

    Through the experiment research, using the method of plate culture to isolate endophytes from medicinal plants King Panax, 25 endophytes isolated, 2 strains of which come from the root, 4 strains from stems and 19 strains from leaves. After morphological observation and slide method and other methods, the preliminary identification of the voice endophytes have 9 genera, including Mucor, Aspergillus, Saccharomyces, Penicillium, Capsule, Curvularia, Syncephalastrum, Talaromyces and Fusarium. Frequency of endophytes isolated in different groups of King Panax is leaf >stem >root. The test results show that the endophytes in medicinal plant King Panax have rich biopersity, and also find that there are obvious differences in the number, distribution, population and composition of the fungal endophytes. This experiment has important economic and ecological value for the development and utilization and cultivation of medicinal plants. In order to lay a foundation for further exploring the pharmacological activities of King Panax and biology function, also to provide a foundation for further studying the persity of endophytes medical plants.
