摘要:随着信息时代的日益发展,纯手工记录和管理信息资料的方式既费力又没有办公效率,显然已经满足不了日常的办公需求。为了使企业领导者和员工可以迅速、便捷、系统地掌握公司第一手资料,科学管理企业,就需要一款可以使日常办公事半功倍的助手系统。个人办公助手软件即是针对此需求而开发的系统。它可以帮助使用者系统地管理繁复的信息资料,简化日常工作,提高办公效率。系统要解决的问题是如何实现日程管理、日程安排提醒以及个人常用工具等。系统开发采用的技术是IIS5,数据库采用了SQL Server 2000数据库作为数据存储中心。论文主要介绍了个人办公助手软件系统各个模块的概念设计与详细设计,以及数据库的详细设计,着重介绍了各个模块的设计思路与详细逻辑设计,以及系统的进一步发展的合理展望。8172 关键词:信息管理;办公效率;模块设计;数据库 Implement of Personal Office Assistant Software Abstract: With the increasing development of the information age, ways of recording and managing information and data by pure manual are not only laborious but also inefficiency, and they apparently are unable to meet day-to-day office needs. In order to enable business leaders to quickly, easily and systematically master the first-hand information of the company and easily manage, the assistant system that can make day-to-day office more effective is an urgent need. The office secretary system for personal office assistant software is the system that developed for this demand. It can help users to systematically manage complex information and data, simplify the day-to-day work, and improve working efficiency. The problem that the system should solve is how to achieve the system functions including the management of staff’s information, guest’s information of the company and the leader’s schedule, events reminding and so on. IIS5 is the technique that used to edit the system, and the database uses SQL Server 2000 database as a data storage center. This thesis introduces the conceptual design and detailed design of each module of the office secretary system for personal office assistant software, as well as detailed design of the database, especially focuses on the designing ideas and detailed logic design of the modules, as well as a reasonable prospect of the further development of the system.
