高盐废水对人工湿地中黄菖蒲荧光特性和去除Cu2+能力的影响

摘要:为探讨人工湿地能否去除废水中金属离子,研究在高盐胁迫下对黄菖蒲的生理生态特性和荧光特性的影响及人工湿地中黄菖蒲对Cu2+的吸收能力。本实验通过采用无土栽培的方法进行实验。设置NaCl含量分别为:0%、1%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%,铜离子浓度均为4mg/L的7个处理组,研究黄菖蒲在不同盐浓度梯度的废水中的生长、叶片叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光参数的变化,实验结果表明:黄菖蒲受盐浓度影响,伴随着盐浓度的增大,菖蒲生长速率也逐渐减缓,到盐浓度过高超过植株承受能力时,植株死亡;植株叶片叶绿素也受到盐含量影响,在较低盐含量溶液中的植株叶绿素含量变化趋于稳定,而在高浓度盐含量的溶液中,植株六周间叶绿素含量变化幅度大,因此高浓度影响了植株叶绿素的形成;盐浓度也影响了PSⅡ原初光能转化效率Fv/Fm的值,黄菖蒲在高浓度盐废水中对Cu2+的去除能力较小,相反在低浓度盐废水中对Cu2+的去除能力显著。62130 毕业论文关键词:高盐废水;人工湿地;黄菖蒲;荧光特性;铜 Effects of high-salt wastewater on fluorescence characteristics and copper removal capability of Iris pseudacorus in constructed wetland Abstract:In order to investigate whether the constructed wetland can remove metal ions from wastewater, research the effects of physiological and ecological characteristics and fluorescence characteristics of Iris pseudacorus and the absorption ability of Iris pseudacorus in constructed wetland for copper under high salt stress. In this experiment, the experiment was carried out by using soilless cultivation methods.7 treatment groups were set up, and NaCl content in each group were:0%、1%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%,copper concentration was 4mg/L. Through the test we can discover the changes of growth, photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence of Iris pseudacorus in wastewater with different salt concentration .The experimental results showed that Iris pseudacorus was influenced by salt concentration. With the increase of salt concentration, calamus growth rate slowed down gradually, and when the salt concentration is too high to exceed the capacity of the plant, the plant is dead; Leaf chlorophyll Aand B were also affected by salt content . The chlorophyll content of plants in the lower salt solution was stable, and in the solution of high concentration salt ,the chlorophyll content of the plant was greatly changed in six weeks .So high concentration affected the formation of chlorophyll. Salt concentration also affects the value of PS II primary light energy conversion efficiency Fv/Fm. The higher the salt content,the smaller the net photosynthetic rate. In addition,the copper removal capability of Iris pseudacorus in low-salt wastewater is much more significant than high-salt wastewater.
