温室条件下落地生根的生长规律及繁殖特点研究

摘要:大叶落地生根是景天科落地生根属多年生草本植物,原产马达加斯加岛的热带地区。因其适应能力强,耐粗放管理和潜在的观赏价值而被人们认识了解。但也正因为这些特点,人们很少关注它在生长过程中具体的变化、生长和繁殖特点。本课题主要研究大叶落地生根在温室条件下的生长规律和繁殖特点。在温室条件下,通过观察大叶落地生根各个不同生长阶段的植株外部形态变化,记录统计其各个项目(株高、叶片长短经、叶片数量及不定芽数量)的数据,结合资料,得出其各个阶段的典型特征,为大叶落地生根栽培工作和深入研究提供可能的理论依据。通过不断地改进,从而提高它的经济价值和推广其应用。62134

The Study of the growth regularity and reproductive characteristics of Bryophyllum daigremontiana under greenhouse condition

Abstract: Bryophyllum daigremontianum is Crassulaceae Bryophyllum perennial herbaceous plants, native to Madagascar Island in the tropics. People knew them for  its strong ability to adapt, resistance of extensive management and potential ornamental value . Precisely, these characteristics led people have paid little attention to it in specific changes, growth and reproductive characteristics in the long process. The main research topics is to study the growth regularity and reproductive characteristics of Bryophyllum daigremontianum which is under greenhouse condition. Under greenhouse conditions, through the observation of Bryophyllum daigremontianum different growth stages of plant morphology changes and recording data of system meter each project (plant height, leaf length and width, number of leaves and adventitious bud number) and combining with data, we can draw the typical characteristics of the various stages and then making progress for Bryophyllum daigremontianum’s cultivation and provide possible theoretical evidence to further study. Improve its economic value and promote its application by continuous improvement.
