药用植物中非经典抗菌活性部位或活性分子的发现

摘要本文以耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)为实验对象,对实验室的2种药用植物中的提取部位及单体化合物进行了抑制和破坏MRSA生物被膜的研究。具体是在96-孔微量培养板中做天然单体化合物对MRSA生物被膜形成抑制实验,结晶紫染色来定量生物被膜,用酶标仪测OD570nm,以确定天然单体化合物是否抑制MRSA生物被膜形成和计算出抑制率,最后筛选出具有抑制MRSA生物被膜形成的单体化合物。根据抑制率,我们认为,来自杂交鹅掌楸的二氯甲烷部位、甲醇部位、正己烷部位、来自白刺的提取物MH-3、MH-6具有抗MRSA生物被膜形成活性,而MH-1、MH-2、LXP-1、LXP-2、LXP-4是否具有抗MRSA活性或抑制活性还有待进一步确认。63770 毕业论文关键词 鹅掌楸 白刺 细菌 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 细菌生物被膜 非经典抗菌 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title The investigation of non-classical antibacterial extracts or molecules from two medicinal plants Abstract In this paper, anti-biofilm or biofilm inhibition of some extracts and natural compounds from two medicinal plants were studied with pathogenic bacteria (MRSA). All these screenings were carried out in 96 - well microtiter plates, and crystal violet staining to quantify biofilm, measured at OD570nm with a microplate reader in order to determine whether extracts or natural compounds inhibit MRSA biofilm formation or not, Finally we found a few extract and natural compounds could inhibit MRSA biofilm formation. According to the inhibitory rate, we suggested that three extracts, dichloromethane part, methanol part, n-hexane part, from Liriodendron bybrid, two extracts, MH-3 and MH-6, from Nitraria Tangutorum had anti-biofilm formation activity of MRSA, while whether MH-1, MH-2, LXP-1, LXP-2, LXP-4 had anti-biofilm formation activities or not are still being confirmed.
