均三嗪类除草剂降解菌的分离鉴定与生长特性研究

摘要本次研究课题通过从连云港附近废弃工厂污泥中采样,采用富集培养和直接涂布的方法以获得一种高效降解均三嗪类除草剂的菌株XR-D。该菌株在LB固体培养基上菌落形态为圆形,乳白色,表面光滑,凸状隆起,边缘整齐,分布较为密集,革兰氏阴性,在电子显微镜下为杆状菌,无鞭毛。进行16srRNA基因测序,构建系统发育树,以及形态学和生理生化分析,初步鉴定该菌株XR-D为鞘脂菌属(Sphingobium sp.)。利用分光光度计探究该菌株的最适生长PH为9,氯化钠浓度7%,通气量大小为100ml,同时对该菌株的碳素化合物的利用情况进行分析,发现该菌株的最佳碳源为葡萄糖,可以利用纤维二糖,乳糖,葡萄糖,果糖,山梨醇,维生素B1,不能利用甘露醇,蔗糖。 69931 该论文有图9幅,表2个,参考文献10篇。 毕业论文关键词:均三嗪 鞘脂菌属 降解菌 鉴定 生理生化分析
Isolation of Triazine herbicides degrading bacterium and its study of growth character Abstract The research by sampling the sludge from a nearby abandoned factory Lianyungang, using enrichment culture and direct coating method to obtain a degrading triazine herbicides strain XR-D. Using a spectrophotometer inquiry optimum growth of the strain to PH 9, 7% sodium chloride concentration, the size of ventilation 100ml, while the utilization of carbon compounds strains were analyzed and found that the best carbon source strain of 1g / L glucose, you can utilize cellobiose, lactose, glucose, fructose, sorbitol, vitamin B1, cannot utilize mannitol, sucrose.
