黄芩素在不同溶剂中的溶解度研究

摘要:黄芩素是一个著名的天然产品,具有多层次、多渠道、多靶点的药理活性,具有抗菌、抗炎等多种药理作用。本论文测定了黄芩素在不同温度梯度(287至323K)及在甲醇,乙醇,正丙醇,异丙醇,正丁醇,异丁醇,1,3-丙二醇、乙酸乙酯这八种溶剂当中的溶解度,通过在大气压下利用高效液相色谱法分析并计算得到。结果表明,在同一温度下,黄芩素在乙酸乙酯中的溶解度最高,在异丙醇中的溶解度最低;随着溶剂温度的升高,黄芩素在八种溶剂中的溶解度随之升高;黄芩素的溶解度均可用改良的Apelblat方程和范特霍夫方程进行较好的关联,其中Apelblat方程的拟合关联度超过0.99。本论文研究结果可提供黄芩素溶解度基础数据,为高效提取黄芩素提供理论依据。70575

Abstract: Baicalin is a famous natural product, which has many levels, multi channels, multi target pharmacological activity, with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and other pharmacological effects.This paper has determined the solubility of baicalein in different temperature gradient (287 to 323k) and in the eight kinds of solvent including methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, isobutanol, 1,3-propylene glycol and ethyl acetate, by using high performance liquid chromatography to analyze and calculate .The results showed that at the same temperature, the solubility of Baicalin in ethyl acetate was the highest, and the lowest solubility was in the isopropanol; with the increase of the temperature of the solvent, the solubility of the baicalin in the eight solvents increased; Good correlation between the solubility of baicalein were available modified Apelblat equation and van't Hoff equation, which Apelblat equation fitted correlation degree more than 0.99. The results of this study can provide the basic data of the solubility of baicalin, and provide theoretical basis for the efficient extraction of baicalin.
